In addition, when you use Wooof certain information may be automatically gathered about your computer, mobile device, browser, operating system, geo-location or IP address.
How we Protect Information
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will delete any information provided to us by a User upon the receipt of a written request by such User. We cannot restore information that we have deleted.
How we Use Information
Except as expressly set forth herein, we will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order. We may use Personal Information internally – for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to make Wooof more useful, to customize Wooof and personalize its content for you.
We may advertise the Personal Information and other information that you provide regarding your business and the goods and/or services you wish to provide on our Services.
In your Facebook privacy settings, you can choose which types of Users will have access to information regarding your geo-location, as well as with respect to your activities. We will share your location and/or activities in accordance with your privacy settings. For example, when you initiate a “Walk” by pushing the applicable button, other Users (who are so allowed by your and their privacy settings) may see and track your route on the available map on the Services.Additionally, based on your privacy settings you may show up on searches performed by our Users. When you show up on searches, we will not display your contact details.
We also use your geo-location information and information regarding your activities for the following purposes: (i) in order to provide you with messages regarding the locationand/or activities of other Users situated in or around your location; or (ii) in order to provide you with location-based and targeted advertising and promotional offers, possibly including vouchers and/or coupons.
Other Users may also have access to comments and ratings made regarding you by other Users, as well as other pertinent information you have provided with respect to your dog.
Sharing and Feedback
When you give share your Personal Information or provide feedback of Service Providers on Wooof, including by means of social media website, please remember that any information disclosed in these venues may be automatically made public, and such information will not be considered Personal Information by Wooof. You should exercise caution when disclosing any information (including Personal Information) in such venues, as you do not know who will access or use such information and for what purposes.

Use of Wooof by Children
Wooof does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 14. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 14 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.
Correcting or Updating your Information.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Other Uses or Transfer of Your Information
We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or digital content of any User suspected to have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior.
In providing the Services, we may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States or the European Economic Area. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
